Troubleshooting

Your computer will need Quick Time and Active X to play the videos clips.

If you don't have Quick Time, click on the thumbnail images in the previous page and you will be taken to the download site automatically.

If you have Quick Time but it still won't play, you will need to activate Active X in your IE. Follow the step-by-step instructions below.

How do I enable Active X?

To enable Active X in IE, go to Tools/Internet Options and then click on the Security tab to see what your browser security level is. Make sure your browser security is set to Medium. Next, press the Custom Level button and verify that the following options are checked:

Active X controls and plug-ins:

  • Download signed Active X controls: prompt
  • Run Active X controls and plug-ins: enable
  • Script Active X controls marked safe for scripting: enable

Cookies:
Allow per session cookies (not stored): enable

Scripting:
Active scripting: enable
